You may browse, link, and reference this site. You may not scrape it at high volume or attempt to disrupt the service.
By signing up for the Cloud, you agree to a separate cloud-services agreement covering uptime, data retention, and billing. The agreement is sent at signup; reading it before you click "agree" is encouraged.
